I told him that I have my 2 zone, but for some reason I could not get them to start manually from my Orbit control box. He immediately began problem solving by asking me questions about my system. In less than 10 minutes zone 1 was activated. Then he explained that I had not set up zone 2 and that was the reason why it never came on. He could have sent a person out to trouble shoot my problem instead he talked me through it and taught me how to understand my irrigation system. I appreciate it and continue to give my THANKS!
